Shi-hyoung Jeon(전시형) is a cinematographer based in L.A. & South Korea
He majored in Filmmaking at the Korea National University of Arts, and started his career as an electrician, and worked as a camera team in feature films, including “PARASITE”. After working as an AC for 4 years, he made the decision to relocate to L.A. to broaden his professional horizons on a global scale. In pursuit of it, he recently finished his cinematography MFA program at American Film Institute Conservatory, class of 2023. He is also the member of the BAFTA Connect and ASC Vision Mentorship program.
His current short film “DEEP INTO THE FORST”, which he cinematographed, is selected as the 2024 CAA Moebius Film Festival and as the part of the Moving the Spotlight, a program celebrating poignant short films from emerging, underrepresented filmmakers at the 2024 Tribeca Film Festival.
